ABOUT THE CLUB
GUERNSEY TRIALS
This is the website for Guernsey Trials, which is part of the Guernsey Motorcycle and Car Club L.B.G.. http://www.gmccc.co.uk
We organise 12 championship events each year which run from September through to April each year. Championship events are open to solo riders only but of all ages and abilities. Each championship event has a morning trial for Juniors (age 6 -16) and Pre 65 bikes followed by an afternoon trial for adults (16+).
Other events include our annual Two Day trial where riders from Guernsey, Jersey, UK and France compete over two days. For further details on this event please see the following page.
The club also supports local charities and events during the year.
GET INVOLVED
You don't have to be a skilled rider to compete and you don't need much previous motorcycle experience as riding trials is not the same as riding a road bike, for example. If you are interested the best way is to come and watch at one of our events.
Even better news it that trials is not as expensive as many other motorcycle sports. Second hand bikes can be picked up fairly cheaply to start on.
