Entries

The entry list will be limited to a maximum of 100 riders accepted in order of receipt. Entries must be completed online at the following link (available shortly if not yet): https://www.gmccc.gg/events

Overseas riders please read and follow the following instructions carefully to assist with completion of your entry form.

• If you have not done so before. you will first need to create an account on the club website (as linked above) with an email and password. If enrolling for a junior, please make sure you enrol them in their own name and not yours.

• Once you have done so please then email the club secretary, Sandra Le Page at compsecretary@gmccc.gg stating you are an overseas rider for the event and she will then override so you are able to enter the event without paying the club membership fee. For the avoidance of doubt you do not need to pay the membership of £70 or insurance of £20 to enter this event.

• Once the club secretary has overridden you as a overseas member you will be able to enter the event by following the ‘Sign up’ link for the 2 DAY TRIAL on the events page. OR If you already have an account from prior year you can login again.

• Then follow the following instructions:

1.Click on the ‘Entrant Sign up’

2. If you are entering an event for the first time you will need to add a ‘Vehicle’ using the option on the left hand side of the screen.

3. Fill in the details as required. Race Number is a mandatory field but please just insert any number. License number should be your ACU or FIM licence number and please select the appropriate trials licence you hold (Trials – Adult, Trials – Youth A, Trials – Youth B, Trials – Youth C,  Trials – Youth D, Trials – Youth E).

4. Once you have saved your vehicle and details this option should then appear on the ‘Vehicle’ drop down menu.

5. Class is as per the routes offered. If you are entering for a junior, please select the route accordingly with ‘junior’ in the name.

6. Then click on ‘I have read and agree to the Declaration and Final Instructions for this event’. (Note: Final instructions including confirmation of starts times and pits will be sent closer to the event) and then click ‘Continue’.

7. Follow the website to confirm billing address and input payment details.

8. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after.
